Important Information

Our return policy last for 14 days, please notify us by the email amanda@bellbookandcandlestewarton.co.uk or by contacting the store direct, should there be any issues.

If your item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours.  I will require photographs of the damaged item to ensure we can claim back from our couriers.  

Once we have received your return, We will notify you via email & if a refund is due this will be processed & a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process this within 48 hours or receiving returned goods.
